- Having to chase a form several times
- Having difficulty using our website
- Having to wait over an hour past the appointment time
- Not getting an appointment for a child on the day
We are sorry for any distress caused.
- Actions / responses – We will review our communication regarding requests to fill in forms which are often not NHS work and therefore not a priority.
- Please let us know the details of any difficulty in using our website as we would wish to correct that as soon as possible.
- Waiting times are discussed regularly and GPs are conscious to keep waiting to a minimum. Sometimes it is unavoidable.
- We now have access to more appointments in the evenings and would always try and accommodate children
