We are absolutely delighted and honoured to receive this award. Thank you to the 12 judges who chose us from the 11 shortlisted organisations. A huge thanks to Nazim, who was nominated with 4 others for apprentice of the year and to all our past and current apprentices. Without them this award would not have been possible. Thanks to Skills for Growth, the training organisation we have been working with since 2009 for providing us with the apprentices on an ongoing basis. We have taken on about 20 apprentices from Skills for Growth and have been able to offer 8 of them employment, one who also went on to train as a Health Care Assistant. As a training practice we teach medical students and train doctors, GPs and nurses so we were keen to extend our training to include personnel doing either business administration or customer care programmes. Thanks to the whole team for supporting the apprentices as it is a very rewarding journey enabling the progress of all our apprentices from when they first start to the point when they are ready for the ‘big wide world of work’
