Welcome to our page – pull up a chair.

We are Market Street’s Patient Participation Group,

a friendly bunch of folk who are all patients here and who just want our surgery to be the best it can be.

Like school governors, we act as critical friends.

We meet regularly with practice staff to discuss improving aspects of Market Street such as the appointment system and the surgery experience as a whole.

We talk about patient concerns and trends in feedback. While there are other channels for personal complaints we are here for just about anything else.

We have an active patient participation group that we liaise with to discuss our services and ways of consulting with the practice population.

Please drop our Practice Manager a note if you would like to join.


You can now contact us online about medical, administrative or prescription queries by clicking on the ‘Consult with your Doctor Online’ tab on the Practice website.

This short online form is the quickest and simplest way for the majority of our patients to access our clinical or administrative team for assistance. Our Practice phones lines remain open for anyone with accessibility needs who might find it difficult completing this form.

Please do not use the online form for urgent or emergency requests.

The submitted forms will only be read during Practice opening hours. The forms will not be read over the weekends or on bank holidays.
