Prescriptions

Repeat Prescriptions

You can request prescriptions online via our website, via the chemist or in person.

We will need your name, date of birth, address and medication requested including the dose.

A repeat prescription can be collected after TWO full working days or FIVE working days if not a repeat.

You can nominate a chemist to collect your prescription from. Please talk to us or the chemist about this and your prescriptions will be sent electronically to the chemist saving you a trip to the surgery.

To avoid errors which could have serious consequences we cannot accept requests for prescriptions over the phone.

Some repeat prescriptions may be issued via the Repeat dispensing policy: please speak to your Dr to see you this applies to you.

Please ask one of our receptionists about the Minor Ailment Scheme where you can access free advice and medications for minor illnesses / conditions from our local chemists.
